Shipping Information

Please note the following about production time and shipping time:

Production Time: Items are made as ordered, please allow 2 weeks for production. I ship orders as they are completed, so they may arrive sooner. Please let me know if you are in need of rush production or shipping, I will do what I can to accommodate your needs.

Shipping Time: All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. From this point, domestic orders should arrive between 1-3 days, international orders should arrive within 6-10 days. Note: These are general estimates, shipping time can be affected by holidays, weather, disturbances in the Force, etc. Please contact me if your order does not arrive when expected, I will certainly do all I can to help track it down.

Returns

I want you to love your purchase and treasure it for a lifetime. If you are not completely satisfied you may return items within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, email info@sophywong.com with your name, order number (found on your packing slip) and reason for return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by sophywong.com. Initial shipping charges are not refunded.

Please note that all of my pieces are handmade from start to finish in my studio, in some cases using unique and experimental techniques. Inconsistencies in color or finish are evidence of this process, and all items are therefore one of a kind. Every item is made with care and intention. However, if an item you purchase is not satisfactory, please contact me. If I cannot make it right, I will be happy to assist you in making a return.
